Preliminary Property Search & Mapping

We begin the home search process by printing out detailed information (including maps) on all the properties that seem to match your needs.  Driving by properties will give you a good feel for the neighborhoods that are available in your price range -- and for the types of homes that are available within those neighborhoods.  You may also use our website MLS search capabilities to find prospective properties, but we can save you time and effort and organize the properties for easier viewing.

In some cases, if we are looking across a wider geographic area or a broad price range, there may be dozens of properties that meet your general specifications.  Through further discussion, we may be able to refine the list further before you start driving around town.  A weekend devoted to this process usually provides a very clear idea of the communities and neighborhoods where you want to focus your home search.
