Owner-Broker Dan Stuenzi has a broad entrepreneurial background as a businessman and attorney. He brings that experience, along with a love for teaching and his love for people to this unique brokerage firm, Omaha Buyer's Broker.
As a retired attorney, Dan understands the importance of faithfully representing clients and avoiding conflicts of interest. That led him to the conviction that he should do something unusual in the Omaha real estate marketplace - start an Exclusive Buyer's Brokerage.
As an Exclusive Buyer's Broker, Dan serves as a counselor and advisor, not a salesman. He has only one goal - ensure that each client gets the best house for their needs and desires, at the lowest possible price, and the best possible terms.

After closing, we can even assist with finding a mover and other details as you take possession of your new home.
