·         Complete Relocation Packet - We provide a comprehensive relocation packet which contains area maps, information on schools, cost-of-living comparisons, arts and culture, recreational activities, general community information, and our Official Omaha Real Estate Buyer’s Guide.  We’ll show your transferees why the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council named Omaha as the #1 mid-size city for relocating families! 

·         Financing Assistance – We assist your employees in obtaining a pre-approved mortgage. This allows for a stronger negotiating position, and smoother transaction.

·         Metro Area Orientation Tours – In addition to the materials in our relocation packet, we are also happy to provide general orientation tours include points of interest and neighborhood tours. We’ll even pick your employee up from the airport.  We’ll focus on showing the positive features of living in the Omaha Metro!   We do everything we can to help you in recruiting new employees, especially for those who are new to the Heartland, and therefore unfamiliar with all that we have to offer.

·         Comprehensive Analysis of Needs – All transferees are interviewed thoroughly regarding their needs and desires for the new home.  Our goal is to find a home that your relocating employee will be absolutely delighted with.  We want them to be excited about their move to Omaha!

·         Temporary Housing Help – If closing is delayed, or your employee is building a home, we can assist in finding comfortable temporary housing. This allows them to settle in and focus on their new job more quickly without major distractions in their personal life.
